Our names are Kalle and Johanna and we run Kroasang. We are a neighborhood bakery
which is located in Svartbäcken in Uppsala. We bake sourdough bread, French and
Swedish-inspired pastries, both sweet and savory.

We have a large selection of different breads, buns and croissant varieties. There are no
lengths, but soft cakes and cookie bags are also nice for a work coffee break.

We focus on sustainability, locally produced and organic as much as possible. Our
Raw materials are important to us and we collaborate with many Swedish suppliers to
bake what we think is delicious!
