We are a neighborhood bakery in the Svartbäcken area of Uppsala.

We bake Swedish and French inspired pastries, both sweet and savory!

 

Here we have many choices of breads, buns and croissants. A small selection of soft cakes and cookies. And a variety of cake selection, the princess cake.

 

We strive to focus on sustainable, locally produced and organic raw materials by collaborating with Swedish suppliers as much as possible.
